Prescription Drug Trends
A Chartbook Update, November 2001, provides information about
recent trends in prescription drug coverage, expenditures and
prices, utilization, prescription drug promotion, and the
pharmaceutical industry. The Chartbook also contains a Glossary
and a list of Sources for Additional Information. This Chartbook
provides updated data for about half of the exhibits included in
an earlier chartbook released last year by the Foundation,
Prescription Drug Trends A Chartbook, July 2000. The November
2001 Chartbook Update also includes several exhibits not in the
2000 Chartbook and a narrative description of each exhibits
data in the Highlights section.
