Request for Proposals Full Service Partnerships for Transition Age
Youth
Contra Costa County Mental Health Services seeks full service
partnerships for transition-aged youth who are at risk of
homelessness or incarceration due to mental illnesses. Bids were due
October 16, 2006. Tentative awards were expected November 16, 2006.
Total operating funds available for this program total $1,239,000.
The services are planned to begin January 1, 2007 and end June 30,
2008. The program is expected to serve 135 youth.
