Act Request for Proposals Full Service Partnerships for Adults
Contra Costa County Mental Health Services seeks full service
partnerships for adults who are at risk of
homelessness or incarceration due to mental illnesses. Bids were due
October 16, 2006. Tentative awards were expected November 16, 2006.
$1,373,000 in operating funds is available for the Adult
PowerHouse full service partnership.
The services are planned to begin January 1, 2007 and end June 30,
2008. Additionally, up to $140,000 may be available for one-time
start-up expenses.
