 Medicaid Complaint
The civil rights action is brought to remedy the systematic and
continuing violation of federal law by Florida state health
officials. Specifically, this action seeks to redress the failure of
Florida state health officials to provide children in Florida who
are enrolled in federally-funded medical assistance (commonly known
as Medicaid) with essential medical and dental services as required
by Title XIX of the Social Security Act.
