Spokane Mental Health (SMH) is seeking a vendor
to provide a comprehensive software application to meet its needs in
three broad areas:
Primary client data system (including billing,
scheduling, and an electronic medical record)
Human resource information system (HRIS)
General ledger and accounting software
application
Currently, the organization is using Netsmart
Technologies CMHC/MIS Suite as its primary client data system and
general ledger and accounting software application. The organization is
using Ascentis HR Office product as its human resource information
system application, but is open to looking at other HRIS applications.
While SMH would prefer a single integrated software product that
encompasses its three broad areas of need, it recognizes that the
solution may involve purchasing more than one software application.
