Arkansas DMS RFP for Outpatient Mental Health & Substance Abuse Services: DMS 2010-06

The Arkansas Department of Human Services, Division of Medical Services sought utilization and quality control peer review for a full range of mental health and substance abuse treatment services. The services will be consistent with System of Care and Recovery Model principles. There are currently 392 outpatient facilities offering mental health and substance abuse treatment services in Arkansas.
