District of Columbia November 2009 Performance Scorecard for Contracted Child Placement Agencies

The District of Columbia's Child and Family Services Agency released this scorecard to provide a side-by-side assessment of its 16 contracted child placement agencies for fiscal year 2009. The data is extracted from FACES, the District's child welfare database. The contractors were assessed by standardized performance measures such as child case plans, family case plans, in-home visitation, siblings visitation
