Personalized Medicine and Healthcare Reform: Policy that Protects Innovation While Improving Value and Quality

Policies intended to bring about healthcare reform could have significant implications for the adoption of personalized medicine. The Personalized Medicine Coalition, PMC, represents a broad spectrum of academic, industrial patient, provider, and payer communities, and it supports healthcare reforms that improve quality and affordability while fostering continued medical progress. PMC believes meaningful healthcare reform must encourage continued advancements in personalized medicine and to help achieve the goals of high-quality, affordable care for all Americans.
