Request for Proposals for the Provision of Professional Services
The Delaware County Board of Prison Inspectors released this request for
proposals (RFP) in September 2008. Proposals were due by October 17,
2008.
The RFP sought a company to provide prison detention services for the
1,800 bed Delaware County Prison. The contract is valued at $40 million
annually.
