Maryland Social Services Administration Request for Proposals for Residential Child Care SSA/RCC-11-001-S

The Maryland Department of Human Resources, Social Services Administration seeks proposals to provide residential child care services in Maryland. This is the first time the services have been put out for bid. Only provider organizations already holding group home licenses in Maryland are eligible to bid. Technical proposals are due January 11, 2009, and financial proposals are due by February 15, 2010. Contracts are expected to start July 1, 2010, and run for two years.
