 Standardizing the Measurement of Outcomes &
Performance for Substance Abuse Treatment
Bill Wendt, J.D., chief executive officer and general counsel for Signal Behavioral Health, presented the
organization's plan to implement standardized measurement of outcomes and
performance. The presentation reviews how to structure performance
measurement and link incentive pay to the use of evidence-based
practices. The presentation was given at the 2008 Institute of Behavioral
Health Informatics.
