NHS Trust Board: Performance Dashboard Report
NHS Trust along with the leadership of Helene Coombes and Tara Evatt wrote the Trust Board's Performance Dashboard Report for October 2009. The NHS
Trust's report contains discussion on RAG rating, report production time line, retrospective data, data quality and accuracy, data definitions, business indicators or
activity data, contract over performance, and benchmarking. From these discussions, the report highlights areas of improvement and development and associated
action plans where corrective action is required.
