State Voting Laws Regarding Mental Illness

The National Alliance on Mental Illness released a list of states with laws limiting the eligibility of people with mental illnesses to vote. This list is broken down by state and include the laws the state has regarding people with mental illnesses voting. All 50 states, as well as the District of Columbia, all have some type of law regarding people with mental illness voting.
