Kansas 2010 Constitutional Amendment Question No. 2 to Permit People With Mental Illness to Vote

The State of Kansas released a proposed amendment for section two of article five of the Constitution of the State of Kansas. This section prohibits people with mental illnesses from voting in Kansas. On November 2, 2010, people in Kansas will vote on the proposed amendment to give people with mental illnesses the right to vote.
