ShareFlorida DJJ Bureau of Quality Assurance Program Review for Graceville Vocational Youth Center

The Florida Department of Juvenile Justice (DJJ) reviewed services offered at the Graceville Vocational Youth Center, which is operated by Twin Oaks Juvenile Development, Inc. DJJ found that the program failed to meet the minimum standards for mental health and substance abuse services. DJJ placed the program on conditional status, with 30 days to submit a corrective action plan.
