The Arizona Department of Economic Security's Response to Budget Reductions

This report is from Arizona's Department of Economic Security director, Neal Young, to Eileen Klein, director of the Governor's Office of Strategic Planning and Budgeting. Mr. Young outlines the budget reductions the Department of Economic Security has taken, and how these reductions have been implemented. The document also has four attachments in response to the request for state-wide agencies to propose 15% reductions to their budgets: a summary of already implemented general fund reductions; a summary of options for an additional 15% general fund reduction; a summary of options for 15% reductions to select other funds; and a 15% reduction option write-up.
