ShareSPQM Statewide Data Base: Colorado Behavioral Healthcare Council

This presentation, from the "Using Informatics to Gather Predictive Information and Select Optimal Clinical Practices" session, at the 2009 OPEN MINDS Institute for Behavioral Health Informatics, was given by George DelGrosso, Executive Director, Colorado Behavioral Healthcare Council.

Data is used to predict and plan for the possibilities to further enhance operations and care delivery. These best-in-class organizations have moved from answering the questions of "what happened?" and "how do we make sure we do it right?" to "how can we make it better?" and "how do we make that happen?"
