 Contract Between State of Washington Office of Superintendent of Public Instruction & Children's Therapy Place
The State of Washington Office of Superintendent of Public Instruction selected Children's Therapy Place to provide school-based teletherapy services for a
one-year pilot program with two renewal years. The services were procured via RFP# SPED-RSTPP-01. The contract identifies the duties of each party and the
contract term. Attachment C is the contractor's proposal following the negotiations process. Attachment D is the contractor's
original proposal. Some sections of
Attachments C and D are redacted.
