New technologies such as one-on-one secure on-line chat, on-line self-assessment with expert systems, remote monitoring, interactive video programs and telehealth are creating alternatives to traditional therapy ,and consumers seem to like these alternatives. This presentation discusses these new models and the implications for the future of therapy.
