 Second Year Aging at Home Strategy Call for Proposals
The Toronto Central Local Health Integration Network (LHIN) issued a Call
for Proposals in four priority areas to help seniors continue to live
healthy, independent lives in their own homes. By identifying these four
areas, the Toronto Central LHIN seeks to advance the Aging at Home
Strategy in its second year. Submissions should be targeted for funding
for the 2009/2010 fiscal year.
