The North Carolina Department of Health & Human Services, Division of Vocational Rehabilitation releases an annual state plan outlining vocational
rehabilitation
services. The plan includes input from advocates, other state agencies, agreement with private non-profit organizations, and the state's goals, priorities, and
strategies to provide the services.
