 2008 Update on Consumers Views of
Patient Safety and Quality Information
This report, published by The Kaiser Family Foundation in 2008 as an
update to a previous poll, examines the perceived safety and quality of
health care related providers. Discussed in this report with accompanying
charts and figures are: exposure to and use of quality information,
perceptions of quality and sources of information for choice of
providers, reported problems with coordination of care, and steps taken
by individuals to improve coordination of care.
