New Jersey Bill A. 226, Establishing Three-Year Medicaid Medical Home Project

On September 10, 2010, New Jersey Governor Chris Christie signed legislation New Jersey Bill A. 226 to implement a three-year Medicaid medical home demonstration project. The project is intended to evaluate the impact of a medical home model of care on health care costs and outcomes.
