Contract for Specialized Treatment Services for the Texas Youth Commission

The contract specifies the specialized treatment services to be provided to youth confined to Texas Youth Commission facilities. The selected organizations will provide alcohol or drug treatment, mental health treatment, and sexual behavior treatment. The contracts started September 1, 2010.
