Idaho DHW Medicaid Developmental Disabilities Agencies Proposed Rule Section 16.03.21
In September, the Idaho Department of Health and Welfare released a proposed rule
for Medicaid developmental disabilities agencies that changes certain licensing
and certification requirements in preparation for a Medicaid waiver that would
permit consumer choice. The proposed rule is part of a broad Children's System
Redesign to offer supports as well as treatment for children with developmental
disabilities.
