 Enhanced Benefit Services for Mental Health and Substance Abuse
In January 2006, the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) approved North Carolina's plan to expand community mental health services. The approved plans will provide Medicaid coverage for a full-range of substance abuse services, mobile crisis teams, adolescent treatment, and community treatment teams by March 20, 2006.
