ShareWalla Walla County Department of Human Services Request for Proposals for Behavioral Health Integrated Software System

The Walla Walla County Department of Human Services (DHS) released the request for proposals seeking a behavioral health integrated software system to improve its ability to meet state and federal reporting expectations. The agency seeks to implement and maintain standards-based, uniform, single database for behavioral health electronic records data collection, billing, utilization management, and reporting. The current system DHS uses is unable to prepare adequate and timely management reports for decision making; it lacks integration among clinical and financial data systems; and has no integration with other stakeholder systems. Proposals are due by September 30, 2009. Awards are expected by November 15, 2009, and a two-year contract will start by January 1, 2010.
