Investigation of Oregon Youth Authority
This report was conducted in response to a request from the Oregon Youth
Authority (OYA) director to review allegations against former OYA
superintendent Darrin Humphreys. On April 19, 2007, the Oregon State
Police started an investigation of Mr. Humphreys, which resulted in his
indictment on numerous counts of theft, fraud, and official misconduct.
