The National Quality Forum Medication Management Measures

The National Quality Forum released 18 measures related to improving medication adherence and to managing over-the-counter and prescription medications. The measures address diabetes, asthma, coronary artery disease, kidney disease, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, and schizophrenia. The document has a description of each measure and cites the measure steward.
