Texas Substance Abuse Treatment & Prevention Block Grant FY 2011-2013 Intended Use Plans

The Texas Department of State Health Services released FY 2011-2013 intended use plans for the Substance Abuse Treatment and Prevention Block Grant. The intended plan includes goals such as improving access to prevention and treatment services, providing primary prevention services, providing specialized services for pregnant women and women with dependent children, services to intravenous drug abusers, HIV services, development of group homes, tobacco products, along with a few others.
