Share360 Feedback: The Fundamentals

360 feedback conducts a leadership development process that provides insight and advice to leader competency. This article outlines steps followed by 360 feedback to give the most honest and productive feedback. 360 feedback strives to create a model that is used for developmental purposes and not evaluation. The process starts by collecting data and analyzing it with a consultant. The leadership competency model is then presented in a meeting to show a new mission, vision, and strategy.
