The request for proposals (DOLJ09UA00025) was released August 1, 2008. Proposals were due by September 30, 2008. The two-year contract was awarded in
August 2009. It is valued at about $8 million annually, and has three one-year renewal periods. The contractor will provide overall center management,
procurement and property management, facility operations and maintenance, security and safety services, community relations, and public information. Six
proposals were submitted.
