Florida Behavioral Health Drug Management System HB 1843
The agency shall implement a
Medicaid behavioral drug management system. The agency may
contract with a vendor that has experience in operating behavioral
drug management systems to implement this program. The agency is
authorized to seek federal waivers to implement this program.
