Share2003 Annual Meaningful Time Check-up on U.S. Children & Families

This powerful new tool, which aims to help look at how we as caregivers are doing in the key areas critical to the overall health and happiness of U.S. kids, is the latest phase in an effort to change the way America looks at and treats children. The initiative is being spearheaded by two of the nations oldest and largest youth-serving organizations, Boys & Girls Clubs of America and KidsPeace, The National Center for Kids Overcoming Crisis, which have worked for centuries to give young people a better future. The survey was created by the two organizations under the direction of the KidsPeace Lee Salk Center for Research's renowned national directors, Dr. Alvin Poussaint, professor of psychiatry at Harvard, and Dr. Lewis P. Lipsitt, professor emeritus and founder of the Brown University Child Study Center.
