William Bell Testimony Before the U.S. House Ways and Means Subcommittee on Income Security and Family Support

On July 29, 2010, the U.S. House Ways and Means Subcommittee on Income Security and Family Support held a hearing to review the use of child welfare demonstration projects. The topic was to evaluate the use of Title IV-E child welfare waivers by state child welfare agencies. William C. Bell, Ph.D., president and chief executive officer of Casey Family Programs, was one of the speakers that gave testimony at the hearing. Dr. Bell noted things such as the reduction in the number of children in foster care.
