Ventura County Discussion of New MHSA-Funded Positions for Behavioral Health Department
The Ventura County Behavioral Health Department presented this document to the County Board of Supervisors detailing how funding from the Mental Health Services Act would be used to improve behavioral health services in the county. The Department requested funding for six positions, one would be dedicated to a forensic mental health diversion program to double the program's capacity from 20 offenders to 40.
