U.S. House Resolution 2184, the "Enhanced Health Care Value for All Act" was introduced by representatives Thomas Allen and Jo Ann Emerson. This bill would establish a Health Care Comparative Effectiveness Research Trust Fund to support research conducted in the following areas:

Comparative clinical effectiveness and appropriateness of health care items and services
Strategies for improving the efficiency and effectiveness of federal health care programs
Gaps in current research
