 Utah Solicitation DHS90481 (USDC) to Provide General Psychiatric Services
The State of Utah, Department of Human Services, seeks general
psychiatric services to be provided at the Utah State Developmental
Center for a three-year contract with two, one year renewal periods. Services will include a weekly psychiatric clinic, telephone
consultations, psychotropic drug reviews for individuals attending the
clinic, and quarterly in-service training on general psychiatric issues
(as requested).
Proposals are due by August 1, 2008. The contract will start on or after
September 10, 2008.
