ShareCMS Home & Community-Based Services Waiver Review for Nebraska's Adults With Developmental Disabilities Waivers

The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) reviewed Nebraska's three home- and community-based services waivers for adults with developmental disabilities. The Residential Services waiver serves 131 people. The Day Services waiver serves 640 people. The Comprehensive Adult waiver serves 2,662 people. After reviewing the state's quality assurance data, training attendance records, and program standards, CMS gave the waiver services its highest possible rating.
