 State of Tennessee Single Audit Report for the Year Ended June 30, 2007
On page 93, the findings discuss TennCare's failure to submit timely
reimbursement requests to the federal Centers for Medicare and Medicare
Services (CMS) for home- and community-based waiver services for people
with mental retardation and developmental disabilities. TennCare has
three such waivers and failed to submit reports within six months after
the end of the waiver period.
