 Kansas RFP for Family Preservation Services
The Kansas Department of Social and Rehabilitation Services seeks a
contractor to design and implement an evidence-based practice model for
family preservation programs in designated geographic regions in Kansas.
This program will provide intensive in home family preservation services
to families who have one or more children at risk of out-of-home
placement or will be at risk of out of home placement at birth. Proposals
are due 8/26/2008.
Awards may be made by region Southeast/South Central, West, Northeast,
Kansas City Metro, and Wichita or may be statewide. The contracts will
start July 1, 2009 and run through June 30, 2013, with two additional
two-year renewal periods.
