 2007 Louisiana House Bill 518
The Louisiana Legislature is considering House Bill 518. The House
Bill 518 repeals the moratorium on additional beds in replacement
nursing facilities. It would allow nursing homes to construct
replacement facilities that utilize existing licensed beds. The bill
was introduced by Representative William B. Daniel, IV, on April 19,
2007.
