Illinois Models for Change Systems Reform in Juvenile Justice
The Illinois Models for Change Behavioral Health Assessment Team released this review of the Illinois behavioral health program for youth committed to the
state’s department of juvenile justice. The review was conducted at the request of the Illinois Department of Juvenile Justice. The report provides findings and
recommendations for system-wide improvement, site visit reports from 8 locations, information on the reintegration of institutionalized youth to the community,
and facility-level recommendations by topic.
