Nebraska 2009 Provider Rates for Medicaid Mental Health & Substance Abuse Services

The 2009 monthly flat-rate per person funding for outpatient community support services is on page 9. The Nebraska Department of Health and Human Services Division of Medicaid & Long Term Care has proposed changing from a monthly rate to an hourly rate.
