Idaho House Bill 318

The Idaho legislature directed the Idaho Department of Health and Welfare and the Board of the Idaho State School and Hospital (ISSH) to create a plan for transitioning the current residents of ISSH to the community. The plan will be submitted to the legislature for further consideration in December 2009.
