 West Virginia Covered Services, Limitations and
Exclusions for MR/DD Waiver Services
This document relates changes to Chapter
500 of the West Virginia Waiver Services Manual. Changes were
finalized June 27, 2006. Some become effective July 1, 2006, and all
other changes become effective on October 1, 2006. The changes that
are effective as of July 1, 2006, are as follows:
- APS Healthcare Inc., will begin
its role as the administrative services organization. APS will
administer the MR/DD Waiver Program.
