This Settlement
Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between the
United States of America, acting through the United States
Department of Justice and on behalf of the Department of Health
and Human Services ("HHS"), the Office of Inspector
General of the Department of Health and Human Services ("OIG-HHS")
(collectively the "United States"), and Majestic Oaks
("Majestic Oaks") nursing home by and through its owner
and operator, Warminster Health Care Associates, L.P. (hereafter
referred to as "the Parties"), through their authorized
representatives.
