West Virginia Roadmap to Health Legislation

Describes the creation of the Governor's Office of Health Enhancement and Lifestyle Planning and duties related to the office. The initiatives were signed into law on June 17, 2009. The goal is to modernize how West Virginia pays for health care services for residents and to shift the focus to primary care and prevention.
