 Open Letter to Congress
Four
former Commissioners of the Rehabilitation Services Administration (RSA), Joanne Wilson (George W.
Bush's administration), Fredric Schroeder (Clinton Administration),
Bob Humphreys (Carter Administration) and Edward Newman (Nixon
Administration) signed an open letter to Congress which was also
printed as a full page ad in the Washington Times on the 26th
regarding proposed cutbacks
and other changes at the RSA.
