Workplace Outcome Suite

Chestnut Global Partners has created an employee assistance program (EAP) measurement tool that evaluates workplace effects of EAPs and related services. This measurement tool is based on five scales chosen because employers, human resources representatives, and EAP professionals selected them as high areas of workplace concern. These five scales measure absenteeism, presenteeism, work engagement, life satisfaction, and workplace distress.
